4. Low carbon alloy steel It is mainly alloy structural steel containing chromium, molybdenum and other elements. It has high hardness, good toughness, and has a long service life. Under the same working conditions, the service life of the hammer is at least twice as long as that of the high manganese steel hammer. But its manufacturing process is complex and strict, and the quenching and tempering heat treatment of hammer head is very important. After quenching and tempering heat treatment, not only the overall tensile strength is required to be more than 850mpa, but also the considerable plasticity and toughness are required. At the same time, the iron block is strictly forbidden to enter the crusher, and a secondary iron absorption device is required at the front end of the feeding.
